SystemStalker XP Fix and Update

The patched release is here a little later than expected (as we have been working on getting the next project started). We setup a xp machine and tested the new release on it and it all works. The settings system is up allowing you to save your configuration and also allows you to set certain features of SystemStalker to automatically start when the program is launched. We plan to release a brief idea of what to be looking forward to in our future projects sometime next week.
